Dear people,
We people of india is belived to accept the concept that which ever caste we belongs to we are indians so need to work united.So it means there should not be any descrimination in terms of caste or religion.Keeping this in mind lets analyse our countries present situation...
There are reservations for SC/ST/OBC canditates in each and every sectors.ie if a general candidate score 80% in an exam and a ST candidate score 20% ultimately the ST candidate will be getting the job in hand.Why this descrimination?It was a time when people belongs to lower castes didnt even possess land to live in,food to have.but now situation changed.We could see lots of SC/STs&OBC s n higher positions of this society.So lets stop this meaningless reservations&fees exemptions.
So naturally there will be a question.Then what should be done to make economically backward people to get improved?answer is very simple.The reservation should be purely based on income status!!! there are poor people in every caste.So reserve seats for them..not for stomach filled people.
But how could we know about the actual financial status of people?it is obvious that no one will give exact figures.Solution is salary for each&every employee should be transfered through bank accounts of the respective employee even if he is in private sector or public and the bank authorities are responsible to check the person's financial background based on salary he gets every year and government should check it once in 5years&reverse the people who getting reservation if they earn more than average of a particular state and reservation should be merely based on this income.
